You can add value to your Clipper card in the form of E-Cash, which can be used to ride any participating transit system, Clipper-equipped vehicles and/or stations.
Where can I get one?
What if I'm having issues with my Clipper Card?
If you're having trouble with your Clipper card, contact Clipper customer support.
Who to contact for support? Clipper or WageWorks?
There are certain processes WageWorks can complete and certain processes that only Clipper can complete.
Clipper processes (Only Clipper can do these tasks)
WageWorks processes (WageWorks can complete these tasks)
Clipper Program Rules
The following program rules are set by the Clipper program and WageWorks has no ability to change or omit them.
There are a few reasons why a direct load order may not load to your account.
Processed Orders That Are Rejected Later
There is another type of order rejection that can affect your order. If your card has a large balance, and your next order will take it over the $300 limit, Clipper will be unable to load the funds to your card. They give you until the 20th of the ridership month to spend down your balance. If you haven't reduced the balance by that time they will not be able to load your funds.
